This is an example video of an agent guided home tour video. Doing an agent on camera listing video is the “two birds, one stone” because you don’t just sell the property, but you also sell yourself! Many agents have mentioned this has broken the ice for potential buyers and once they called the agent, they were already comfortable working with them!
